I could not recommend highly enough! Charlotte has walked fred for the past 2 years since we first took him home as a puppy, so we knew he was in the most caring and safe hands for his groom! We were worried how he would cope as he normally hates the bath or the sound of the hair dryer, but he came home feeling so relaxed, happy, handsome and smelling lovely! We would definitely not trust our boy with anyone else and Fred will be a lifelong customer!
Charlotte was fantastic with our Daschund puppy. With this being our doggo's first grooming experience, Charlotte was very careful and attentive and our dog felt at ease and very comfortable. There was no end to the doggy treats and Charlotte uses all the top grooming products. Great value for money. Would recommend!
Charlotte has groomed my cockerpoo twice now and done an amazing job!
Both times have been a challenge due to Peggy being such a messy fluff ball but Charlotte has persevered and made sure she has come home looking beautiful and feeling much cooler with all that hair off her! We’re now booked in every 6 weeks! Absolutely no complaints, Charlotte is super friendly, I completely trust her with my little Peggy and what a service, dropping her off back home for me as I was out when she had finished!
Would 100% recommend I stopped taking my girl to another groomers as she is scared of hair dryers and the whole experience was too stressful for her. But after finding Bertie’s Buddies Pet Grooming on facebook i reached out and nothing was too much trouble. My girl was bathed and de-shed all without the ordeal of any hair dryers. She came home totally relaxed, after loving the experience. Thank you so much

We wouldn’t trust anyone else to walk our girl and feel at complete ease knowing she’s in Charlotte’s care. Charlotte always communicates her ETA and has always been flexible when anything needs to be changed.
You can really tell how much she loves all of her clients dogs from the care she provides and regular updates.
We couldn’t recommend Bertie’s buddies enough to anyone looking for a dog walker/groomer. She’ll treat your pup as if they were her own!

First time for Rodger today, he is a rescue dog and is a bit nervous, Charlotte was very patient and gentle and he now feels and smells beautiful ❤️
charlotte is amazing and is my 2 dogs fave hooman in the world. was so lovely to see how chilled my 2 sheps were all way through the groom today. love her!!! they look and smell delicious. to say how long its been since my boy has seen charlotte he knew straight away he was going to be spending the morning with his besty! x x x
